NGO Bill, 2015 Gazetted

The Non-Governmental Organizations Bill, 2015 is published in the Uganda Gazette No. 18 Volume CVIII under supplement No. 5 given out by the Parliament of Uganda. The object of the Bill is to repeal and replace the NGO Act Cap. 113.

This effectively means that the Non-Governmental Organisations Registration (Amendment) Bill of 2013 is dropped.
