Details
The European Union Delegation to Uganda met with representatives of the civil society at Hotel Africana in Kampala to discuss the NGO Bill and what it portends for CSOs.
Chapter Four Uganda’s Nicholas Opiyo was a panel member during the dialogue. Chapter Four’s Deputy Executive Director Niklas Nordmalm was also in attendance.
Several troubling provisions in the Bill were aptly discussed.
