CSO Expert Group on NGO Bill holds 2nd meeting

Chapter Four Uganda’s Masake Anthony attends meeting at the NGO Forum offices to submit analysis on the infractions of the Bill on the Constitution and human rights standards/law. This input was incorporated to come up with a complete version of the working paper to inform engagements during the CSO retreat in Jinja towards the development of a CSO position paper on the Bill.
