The CSO Expert Group convenes at the offices of NGO Forum to agree on the structure of the CSO Position Paper on the Bill and allocate specific responsibilities.
Chapter Four Uganda was selected to provide an analysis on the infractions of the Bill on the Constitution and human rights standards/law to supplement the clause-by-clause analysis of the Bill.
