Chapter Four Uganda holds meeting with EU delegation on the Bill

Chapter Four's Founding Director, Nicholas Opiyo holds a meeting with the EU Head of Mission and the EU delegation in Kampala for deliberations on the NGO Bill and the general human rights situation in Uganda. The discussions were positive and fruitful.
