The UNAIDS released a press statement titled, “UNAIDS welcomes Uganda’s constitutional court decision to annul anti-homosexuality law”.
The Executive Director Michel Sidibe notes, “This is a great day for social justice”…”’UNAIDS urges all governments around the world, to protect human rights of lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender people through repealing criminal laws against consensual same sex sexual conduct”.
