Details

New Anti-Homosexuality law Bill titled, “The Prohibition of Promotion of Unnatural Sexual Practices Bill, 2014” is published. It is yet to be tabled in Parliament. The new law seeks to curtail acts designed to promote commission of unnatural sexual practices and while at it, creates a whole lot of overly broad offences which are unconstitutional.
