Joel Mukisa

Joel Mukisa is a lawyer trained at Makerere University. He’s reported on the Justice, Law and Order Sector (JLOS) for leading dailies such as the Daily Monitor among others. He is a panelist of KFM hotseat that discusses contemporary political, social and economic issues. Joel is also a researcher with interests in Political Economy, Agrarian Question, Human Rights, Philosophy and Psycho-analysis. At Chapter Four, he is currently a project lead on a European Union Project dubbed “Human Rights - Our concern!" that will facilitate human rights trainings in monitoring, documentation and reporting in various parts of the Uganda.
