As Human beings, we are created different, with different tastes, desires, and with individual choices and conscience. It is therefore absurd that LGBT people are expected and in most cases even forced to conform to Heterosexual lifestyle.
LGBT people aren't trying to convert you to our way of life. You see, we understand that sexual orientation isn't something we chose; it's part of our human experience, just like someone being heterosexual.
We expect people to respect our differences and the diversities that shape who we are, and what we contribute to this world. Realizing that people are different from you and celebrating our differences, as well as our common interests, helps to unite and educate us, and inevitably enables us to overcome ignorance and prejudice.
