By the virtue of being Human beings, LGBT people are inherently entitled to enjoying full access to human rights.
The government provides social services that take the form of benefits and facilities such as quality education, food subsidies, health care, social security and subsidized housing -all of which aim at improving the life and living conditions of citizens. While these services accrue to all Ugandans, LGBTI Ugandans often experience exclusion or discrimination while accessing these services.
