Members of Parliament raise concerns over the Public Order Management Bill – On February 24, 2013, the leading local television station in Uganda, NTV Uganda ran a news video clip of members of parliament expressing concern about the planned introduction of the public Order Management bill on grounds that it may curtail fundamental freedoms of Ugandans.
