The International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) publishes comments on the Public Order Management Bill, 2009 – In January 2011, ICNL published the comments after reviewing the draft Public Order Management Bill, 2009.
In the detailed analysis, the organization reviewed the sections of the 2009 Bill in light of the constitutional provisions of Uganda and other international instruments that Uganda has ratified. It then concludes by providing recommendations for the dropping of several sections.
