On Monday, a press conference was held at the offices of NGO Forum to officially release the CSO Position Paper on the NGO Bill, 2015.

Chapter Four Uganda was represented by Masake Anthony as a panel member.

Ms. Margaret Sekaggya, the Executive Director of Human Rights Centre Uganda (HRCU) read out the press statement after which all panelists addressed the media on various troubling clauses in the NGO Bill.
