Parliament recalled to pass NGO Bill before 3rd September 2015

Parliament issues another communication to recall Parliament from recess to meet from 1st - 3rd September 2015 under the subject, "Resumption of Parliament"

This cancels the withdrawal notice of the "Instruction to hold a special sitting on 1st September 2015" dated 26th August 2015.

Earlier on 21st August 2015, the Clerk to Parliament, Mrs. Jane L. Kibirige had issued an official communication recalling Parliament to hold a sitting on 1st September 2015 after she "received communication from the Rt. Hon. Deputy Speaker after consultation with HE. The President directing that Parliament holds a Special Sitting to handle some critical business (the NGO Bill, creation of districts, and loan requests)"
