Sarah Byamugisha is the Finance and Administration Manager of Chapter Four Uganda. She is responsible for overseeing finance, human resources and administrative operations of the organisation.
Prior to joining Chapter Four Uganda in September 2013, Sarah served as the Human Resource and Administration Officer at Celpay Uganda, formerly MapSwitch Uganda, a Ugandan mobile banking and payment solution.
She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies from Mbarara University of Science and Technology. Sarah has over 10 years experience in the field of administration, human resource management and finance.
