Sarah Byamugisha

Sarah Byamugisha is the Finance and Administration Manager of Chapter Four Uganda. She is responsible for overseeing finance, human resources and administrative operations of the organisation.

Prior to joining Chapter Four Uganda in September 2013, Sarah served as the Human Resource and Administration Officer at Celpay, a Ugandan mobile banking and payment solution.

A graduate of Mbarara University of Science and Technology in the field of Development Studies, she holds over 5 years experience in the field of administration, human resource management and finance. Sarah is currently pursuing a Post Graduate in Monitoring and Evaluation.
