This second Bi-Annual Human Rights Report provides a brief on our findings of the civil liberties situation in 14 project target districts in Uganda. The publication is a product of an activity under the project titled, “Human Rights – Our Concern!” which aims at strengthening evidence-based advocacy in order to safeguard respect for human rights and freedoms in Uganda. Chapter Four is implementing the project in partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS Uganda) and the African Institute for Investigative Journalism (AIIJ).
