Chapter Four’s program interventions are guided by a Strategic Plan that was developed after a process of internal reflection and in consultation with key stakeholders. Over the last ten (10) years, Chapter Four has established itself as an organisation that can be counted on to consistently be available to defend freedoms and protect the rights of citizens, while working on the most complex cases.
