This is a joint letter to the Rt. Hon. Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda, the Prime Minister of Uganda on government investigations into the conduct of Mr. Kibuule Ronald, the State Minister for Water.

Chapter Four Uganda, in partnership with FIDA Uganda and UWONET, addressed this letter to the Prime Minister to implore his good and esteem office office to carry out the reported investigation in a trasparent, fair and public manner to demonstrate the commitment to the protection of the rights of the underprivileged.
