At the inaugural Human Rights Convention 2017, Chapter Four Uganda launched an issue paper on the political question doctrine in Uganda. The paper, authored by J. Oloka-Onyango – a Professor of Law at Makerere University School of Law – for Chapter Four Uganda, provides an analysis of the technicalities on the realisation of the freedoms of expression, association and assembly in Uganda.
