Chapter Four Uganda and partners have issued a call to take immediate and urgent measures to protect the rights of detainees in Uganda. The letter has been addressed to the Chief Justice of Uganda, the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, the Director of Public prosecutions, the Inspector General of Police, and the Commissioner General of Prisons.
