In exercise of the powers conferred upon the minister of internal affairs by section 55(2)(h) of the Non-Governmental Organisations Act, 2016 the NGO (Fees) Regulations were made on March 24, 2017.

The fees specified in the schedule to the Regulations are payable to the NGO Bureau in respect of matters to which they relate under the NGO Act 2016 or the Regulations made under the Act.
